Amazing service from the New Punjab coach company. The coach was well maintained, and professional drivers who always got us to our destination on time. On the 98 seater, many of the seats hand rest are missing or are not getting locked in place , this causes inconvenience on long distance journey as the passenger cannot seat comfortably. Request you to kindly get this fixed-on priority. NP Coaches is highly recommended.
I travelled in coaches buses during our beginning in UK and it was a wonderful experience for me by getting good service from coaches team and MR. The driver was brilliant excellent service. The customer service team needs work on, your often felt like your bothering them. The bus was very clean, the seats were very small and uncomfortable. If you're going on a long journey you will suffer back pain
We hired NP coach services for drop off and pick up to Hatfield. The driver was very polite and was also showing public transport license clearly. The coach was modern and new which made our occasion even more special. Quotation was very competitive and their driver arrived promptly for both trips. I would recommend them and will be using their services in the future.
The drivers of this coach is very cooperative specially Mr deol is very helping in nature he always ready to help people .I travelled twice a week london to leicester he always helped me to book cab .he is very polite to everyone nd drive carefully.

We wanted to relay the very positive feedback we had about Preet, the coach driver who took us to Eastbourne yesterday. From the start to the end of the day, he was exceptionally helpful and positive about everything. Some of the passengers were very elderly and not very mobile and Preet was as conscientious in his care for them and the help he gave as it was possible to be. A number of people on the coach commented on how well Preet did his job, going above and beyond what was expected.
