Working here since july 2019 My first bus driver job ever with Abellio best company
Terrible service, managers decide to leave early despite people coming to collect their lost property or for other issues. I myself rushed over after work at 4pm and the office was already closed, according to staff the managers had decided to leave already by midday! The drivers don't have access to the lost property to help public and there was nobody else in charge who could. I had to travel back without my property in the pouring rain as no other alternative or help was offered. This has now caused me to get ill! Thanks! There is also no way to getting in touch with them over the phone to arrange any timings, the phone simply cuts off as soon as you try to get through to the office. I will be making further complaints about those in charge at the depot. Appalling customer service and managers nowhere to be seen, simply picking and choosing when to do some decent work!
Interesting industrial estate load different distribution unit or holes sales like carpets etc. If traveling by public bus the 483 bus from Harrow to end of its journey the 3bridges that industrial estate is.
This company is putting their passengers at risk, as they are not deep cleaning the buses, and are not protecting their drivers with gloves masks or sanitizers. Cleaning should be priority now in this time of protecting their customers and especially their drivers, gibe your drivers what they need, sprats, gives and mask, and deep clean your buses, as you are putting customers lives at risk with those witli low immune systems. It's not about miney it's health and sat fry for everyone

You have more chance of winning the lottery than getting in contact with this lot I just wanted to ask a simple question.
Parking is non existent, don't drive here you risk a ticket with double yellows everywhere
The staff are so helpful, if they don't know about something they will find out for you
Great service. Prompt & Precise apart from being safe & sound.
