rang this morning to ask how to renew my scooter  permit was passed about from one number to another got fed up of been messed about so put phone  , I am going to be like everybody else and not bother as you have made it impossible for me to renew it as nobody in your organisation  has a clue who deals with this renewel

I find the service a poling as they have lost my dad paperwork lots of time and he disabled and he paying full fare everytime he goes to hospital
