Reasonably well laid out. And signed pretty well.nThe public toilets there are charged at 20p and its coins only with no change given.nNot every part of the city is covered from the Interchange. Some routes only go via town centre and don't contact the interchange. But you should be able to get to most places.
On the whole it's a ok bus interchange, the cafe is opening up again which is good. I must again say that the toilet are a mess, they need cleaning, the whole toilet area, sinks, flooring, mirrors and the toilet seats,bowls, back and front,can some one please do something about this.
Me, a tourist, and my family had problems buying tickets. Fortunately, a very friendly and patient man paid attention and didn't hesitate to help us with the process, even solving a problem with the machine. One of his colleagues also offered his help. Glad I encountered such nice people during my first week in Sheffield!
A nice interchange coach Station serving different destinations from Shenfield for different coach companies
Still no map on a web site showing location of bus stops in Sheffield Interchange and where services stop. No facilities for dropping off or meeting passengers, especially important for holiday/coach services. Overall very badly planned and organized.
