I would definitely not recommend this establishment. The man that runs the business is rude, arrogant and has NO customer services skills. It took too long to hire the car to start with. Then when I wanted to bring the car back early he didn’t want me to saying that no one will be there to accept the car. He said he closes at 2 but the website clearly said that they are open until 5.30. Awful, awful place. Very unprofessional. Again I would not recommend this establishment

I didn't even get as far as hire the car for 4 days while visiting my mum, before I was told "I'm going to the end the call now" just because I asked a list of questions to check what was covered in the price. Got to "Road tax" and whether or not it was a stupid question he decided to end the call. Unreal!

We were so pleased we found this car hire company. They had a car for us at the very last minute. We found the owner to be very friendly and helpful. We gave our national insurance number as this was part of the process to make sure you are able to hire the car and had no bad driver history. As the web site says it is best to have the details before you go. Saves time and £5! Make sure you take the customer copy of your deposit slip and not the merchant copy as this has the whole card number on it. If you take the wrong one by mistake it will take a long time to have your deposit returned. 
We would recommend this car hire company to all people who need a cheap reliable and friendly service. Next time we are on the Island we will definitely call here first. If people want to find fault with anything then they will. It's what they do.

So happy to have discovered this car hire place,wish I had found it years ago !
I was desperate for a vehicle at short notice as my car was kept in the garage unexpectedly with the mot.
It was so easy here 
NI number check and drivers licence 
Then off I went ...lovely little Clio, not at all my usual vehicle but really enjoyed it for a few days
When I phoned to say could I bring it back a bit late only a very small charge was negotiated and I didn't even have to bother topping up the diesel just paid a few pounds at the end.
I choose the damage waiver deposit fully refunded on return of the vehicle ! altogether positive experience.
