My car was damaged in a no fault collision a few weeks ago meaning my car failed its MOT and is now off the road until the insurance pay out goes through. Because of this I was a little stressed about having to have a hire car instead of my own to be honest! Having said that, I arrived to pick the car up yesterday morning and the two members of staff on duty, Phil & Sophie were absolutely amazing. Phil talked me through the whole hire process professionally without rushing me (which I feel some places do, making people accept to things they don't actually want to!) and was very knowledgable. I've been given a lovely little car, practically brand new which drives beautifully and is very economical. It's made this whole situation a lot less stressful for me while I wait out the insurance dramas! Would definitely recommend this place in the future 😊

I have been a dedicated customer at enterprise for few years now. Every time I visit Isle of Wight enterprise branch I find the team at Isle of Wight branch are the friendliest, helpful, and exceptionally amiable, affable, cordial and yet professional. Sophie, Phil, Sam, Mark and Samantha have always looked after me as their customer; providing the best island deals for the hire cars from their branch. I have no reservations in recommending anyone who is thinking of hiring a car to visit them. I hire cars over 19 countries and feel this is a dream team which should be replicated across the business model in entire industry demonstrating excellent core generic skills in maintaining Trust and professional customer relationship with their long term customers and enterprise plus members. Thank you again and see you soon for my monthly renewal.

Phil Sophie and Sam. Are amazing. Lost both my brand new minis in a fire. BMW didn’t want to know. But these guys got us on the road in 24 hours. Absolutely fantastic. Really went the extra mile. Would recommend to anyone

The staff at this branch I couldn't rate higher. Special mention to Sam tatton in particular Service was right on the money. Happy customer 👍🏻

Requested a large car due to my size (im 6'7 and of a larger build) and family needs (2 kids, push chairs etc) first of all got a minibus which was taking the piss somewhat. Wife couldn't drive it, and it didn't fit on our driveway, so ended up with a Ford fiesta, which was not what I requested, nor what my insurance company was paying for
