New location for the Royal Mail. Excellent service from cheerful people. You can park outside to collect parcels, it's even open on a Sunday... much better, well done!

The staff here are awesome. They put up with a LOT of people being downright rude looking for lost mail or kicking off when there's a queue that they don't like standing in..or whatever else is disgruntling them at the given time.. which is totally not fair these lovely RM staff aren't paid enough to put up with your nastiness people - don't do it!! However, they always manage to stay polite and professional - even when the afore-mentioned kinda customer is going nuts across the desk - I don't know how they do it I couldn't!!! They're courteous, helpful and efficient - even to those who don't deserve it. 5 from me Update: it's a shame they closed early today though! I just legged it down there with two minutes to spare before the 5pm Saturday closure but they'd already locked the doors! Devas!
staff are great, very friendly. Glad I've got a car though, must be difficult to get to for those that don't. Would give 5 stars if this was just for the staff!
One of the better delivery centres, been to ones in the past where the queue is down the street. This one 99% of the time is straight in and then straight out. Staff are friendly and always have a smile. Plenty of parking out front, never full. Not much more to say really . No complaints.
This used to be a really easy place to pick up your missed deliveries, but recently it's becoming very busy no matter what time you go, especially on a Saturday or Sunday & it's beginning to show on the staff, theres mostly one person on the collection point when the queues are out the door. Royal Mail seriously need to consider extending their opening hours on their collection points as you can only go after 1:15pm once a week Wednesday. With so many people shopping online now, it's easy to see why people have to collect their missed deliveries from collection points like this, Royal Mail really need to keep up with the times & offer people easier ways to collect their items.
The collection office is big, bright and spacious everything the old office wasn't but the location is terrible. It's a 10min trek from the nearest bus stop and it's not even signposted. I would have struggled to find it without google maps. Very difficult to get to for the elderly or people with disabilities!
