The collection office is big, bright and spacious everything the old office wasn't but the location is terrible. It's a 10min trek from the nearest bus stop and it's not even signposted. I would have struggled to find it without google maps. Very difficult to get to for the elderly or people with disabilities!

The bloke on the front desk with the goaty beard who deals with the public is spot on really helpful a real credit to the Royal Mail ...deserves a pay rise so he can buy a razor....

New location for the Royal Mail. Excellent service from cheerful people. You can park outside to collect parcels, it's even open on a Sunday... much better, well done!
