I have today received my vehicle after some cosmetic repair work after a no-fault scratch. My BMW X3 was invoved in a no blame fire while parked at the Long Stay car park at London Heathrow airport. The fire damage was restricted to the rear boot area of the vehicle. I am so impressed and absolutely delighted with the repairs carried out by JSC. Jack is totally reliable, kept me fully informed of progress and any problems, delays etc. The finished result is absolutely amazing and it is difficult to believe that the vehicle was involved in a fire. Took my Swift in to have a new door fitted and sprayed. The guys did a fantastic job, in good time and for a very reasonable price! Looks new! Would definitely use again and would recommend highly!

I took my 6 month old Skoda in after someone clipped my open door, denting it out of shape and damaging the paint work. The guys here did a fantastic job for a good price. The car looks just like new. They genuinely seemed to take pride in their work and they offer a great customer service too. I was able to submit photos and get a quote remotely which saved me the hassle of driving over there. Many other garages I've spoken to treat you like an imbecile, but these guys were polite, friendly, and even told me that some of the work I wanted was purely cosmetic, in case I wanted to save a few quid. Having dropped of the car on Thursday, they hoped to get it back to me on the Saturday but didn't promise, but when this wasn't possible they gave me a courtesy call first thing that morning. Given how popular they seem to be, that was perfectly understandable and I had the car back on Monday. And to top all off they cleaned the car up brilliantly, despite the fact it was filthy when I took it in, having just spent a week driving around the countryside. If I ever find myself in the unfortunate position of needing bodywork repairs again, I'll be sure to head back.

Jonathan is a really nice chap. He sorted my car out perfectly for a fraction of the price quoted elsewhere and it looks perfect. Really helpful over the phone and fitted me in at very short notice.  I usually only bother to write bad reviews but I can't recommend these guys enough, so I have made an exception for JS.

JS had good reviews so I called in to get a quote for light accident damage and was surprised to be told that estimates cost £95.  Two other reputable garages recently gave me bodywork quotes for another vehicle free of any charge.  Regret that I left without taking up their offer of paying £95  they did not even offer to refund the cost against actual work done.  Disappointing as I also was considering some paintwork for my classic car.

Great team. John helped me step by step with an insurance claim- totally laid back the whole time, but direct and efficient. Kirk, Paul, Charlotte - all friendly, polite and professional. The job was kept in line with original quote, and I was kept informed throughout. Work completed bang on time, and the car looks terrific. Can't recommend them highly enough if you want a stress- free experience and top results.

Had significant damage to my car, which main dealership quoted £1,600 for as, apparently, I needed "this done and that done", etc.  Took it into JS Coachworks and they got straight to the point, told me what I need/don't need and total cost was less than half what the dealership quoted!!  First class customer service; everyone I spoke to Jon, Joe and Kirk was really helpful, friendly and they're genuine down to earth blokes!  ...and on top of that, my car looks brand spanking new!  Can't fault this place at all Lovely people and extremely reasonable prices; they are definitely on my Christmas Card list!
