I wanted to do a service and MOT on my Audi. My usual method was going to Audi direct, but I only had a week left before my MOT would expire. So I went online and found Auto Deutsche. One phonecall and I was booked in 3 days later. I dropped off the car in the morning, and it was ready for collection the same day.  The price was very good too. I was looked after by Ash. Professional, polite and got the job done.  I was very impressed with the service, speed and price. My car was cleaned too, which is a nice touch. Highly recommended.  Salim Patel

I had a bit of a funny experience here. I wanted to use Auto Deutsche as they were German car specialists, and made a big deal of using '100% original parts'  on their website. When I asked if the quote is for VW parts they replied 'no'. Money from me was never an issue but they don't default to genuine parts, just pattern ones... It was quite an effort to change their mind on this so I went elsewhere. They seemed nice enough the but the awkward chat by just wanting what they advertise has made me not want to go back, or gained any trust from me.  It makes you wonder if they just install pattern parts on everyone's car while the customer thinks genuine ones are going in as they advertise!

An outstanding experience, I can’t recommend Autodeutsche highly enough. I took my car in following a crash and was met with immediate professionalism and care. The friendly staff put me at ease during a stressful time, they dealt with everything to do with the insurance and made the whole process quick and simple. Another garage told me the work would likely take 4-5 weeks but Autodeutsche had my car picked up on the Monday, and it was back at my house the following Friday. The attention to detail was second to none. They did an incredible job getting the car working and looking brand new and they even cleaned it to an extremely high standard. I will never take my car anywhere else in the future.

This is my second visit to Autodeutsche and I can't recommend them enough! I dropped my BMX X3 in for an MOT and some repair work and Ash, Mark and Aisha were extremely helpful throughout the process.  Their attention to detail and professionalism was second to none. The repair work was completed really quickly and Ash even helped me locate a second hand part online to bring down the overall cost. They even went so far as to give the car a clean and it's never looked so good. I'll be coming back again...

I had an MOT here this morning and was very impressed. Their customer service is fantastic - EVERYONE I spoke to was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area is spacious and and spotless. I felt very comfortable with the work suggested to me and appreciated the time they took to explain things that could be now or in future. I did not feel pushed into getting work done which was very refreshing! 5/5.

I received really good customer service here, friendly staff, good communication, lots of information and quick turnaround.  However, I was disappointed when they told me that I needed a new battery and possibly a new alternator when I had a brand new battery that I subsequently had checked by the AA who put the battery in a week before I took the car to this garage and it was fine as was the alternator. Maybe this was a mistake and they'd killed the battery by accident if this then a little more care and extra checks would be good but if I hadn't pushed back on this, I would have paid well over £200 for something that I didn't need.
