I've given this place 4 stars as i didn't want to appear too harsh. Afterall, you can get fantastic soup here* The main thing i wanted to mention though, is that i'm not surprised there are no other reviews, as this place and the pie shop next door are rarely, if ever open. 

In fact, if you look on the Google streetview images, the soup shop and the pie shop are "Closed" but the flower shop is open. 

*on the rare visits when the shop is open.
