We had a great Friday evening meal at Soulshine. This is an excellent English equivalent of meze and tapas. We had multiple courses of tasty small plates of perfectly crafted deliciousness. My favourite savoury dish was broccoli, smash and peanut. My partners was the celeriac salad. The standout desert was the parfait. But the staff made the experience for us. Friendly, knowledgeable and fun. We were offered a blind taste test on the wine which was unexpected and delightful. I wish the photos were better but I kept forgetting to take them!
Amazing! We popped in for a quick lunch in the sunny courtyard and were amazed by the quality of the food. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and helped us narrow down our dishes- we seriously couldn’t choose! We could’ve ordered anything on the menu is sounded to good. We had mackerel pate, miso and nutty tenderstem and their frittata, topped with the sweetest tomatoes and amazing aioli. Thanks so much, very reasonable pricing too for the quality.
Initially I was weary as I had not visited Soulshine since it had been taken over however I can honestly say the food is even better than before. All the food we had was fantastic with the highlight being the leek and potato tortilla, incredible. Additionally a great coffee menu and suitable for kids!
Lovely restaurant, I came here for lunch and had some wonderful hummus and delicious sourdough bread. Will definitely be back!

Been here several times before. Popular, gastro cage with deli. Super delicious food. A mixed bag of soups, salads and more substantial meals. Great cake and some delicious specialist coffees. Always a warm welcome, good service and reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor eating spaces. Would recommend and will return.
Amazing cafe with a great ambiance and a lovely outdoor area. Beautifully presented food and happy kind staff. What a find! The Persian soup and the cakes were particularly good, as was the coffee and the service.
An amazing busy and vibrant place to eat breakfast and lunch. Dog friendly with a lovely array of items on the menu. A must visit if you are in Bridport and the addition of the rear courtyard is a great asset to the place as it's always buzzing. Parking: On street parking only

What a great place! Really tasty food - plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Excellent in-shop roasted coffee is a bonus. Really nice atmosphere too.Food: 5/5
