The food was great. I had fish n chips, and my husband had a mixed kebab plate. He enjoyed it but didn't eat much, big man but small appetite. I wonder if the staff thought he didn't like it. He would have said if he didn't like it. When he gets appetite back, he ll be back. I had smoked fish and chios. Lovely. Fish wasn't overcooked, and chips were tasty. Would recommend the place and would certainly go back. Staff friendly but not in your face. Yep, well deserved 5 stars. Kid-friendliness: It's a chipper that serves food that kids of all ages enjoy. Parking: It's in a small shopping centre beside some busy shops. Carpark is not huge, but there is parking available. You might have a minutes walk. Dietary restrictions: There is information on the menu on what is in each dish. If you are allergic to something, you should obviously be very self-aware of that and be able to order accordingly.
Went here based on 4.3 rating. That is a joke. Fresh cod and chips x 2. Toni Soprano is alive and kicking - Extortion, Expensive and quality v poor. Both Fish and Chips were soogy and oily. Sadly the worst chips I ever had.Food: 1/5

Food was lovely. Loved the chips. Only down fall was staff not wearing masks. Unfortunately plastic screens won't protect you from other staff. Maybe because I work in healthcarecand wear masks all the time, that I think others should too. Anyhow lovely chips and will visit again.
Placed an order for collection on justeat.ie and it was mistakenly set for the following day. Having never encountered this problem, we rang the restaurant to try and fix the problem. Spoke to a woman on the phone who wasn't sure what to dowhich is understandable. She passed the phone to a man claiming to be a manager. I say "claiming" because he took the phone and said "yeah?" and after we explained the issue he rudely asked "What do you want me to do about it?" Either this man was pretending to be a manager, is woefully untrained or grossly incompetent or a combination of all three. The only thing that cheeky clown managed to do was ensure the loss of a few customers. Great job!
