Easily the most rude and unfriendly post office I have ever been to. The staff here seriously need to take a class in customer service or just plain human decency. My day is always ruined coming here because of the attitude and disrespect towards myself and other customers- it's almost as if they don't want our custom! I came in here today as I needed to send a letter signed for, and when I entered the store I was very rudely told I needed to wait outside. If I had been told nicely I wouldn't have minded at all but the woman was very impolite about it, and if it weren't for the fact I urgently needed to send this letter I would have walked out there and then. The man working in the post office also has a very bad attitude- always rudely asking what's inside the packages. Once again, this is something I would not mind at all if he were polite about it, but because of his attitude it always feels more like an interrogation or accusation than a simple question. Another time when I came in here I was looking at the magazines, I lifted one out so I could see the cover as it was behind a stack of other magazines and I was, once again very rudely, told that I had to put it down unless I was going to buy it. I did not open it or read it, I was simply looking at the cover to see what it was. Needless to say I did not make a purchase. I wish I could say that I would not return but I have no choice but to come here if I am sending a large parcel or need to send something tracked or signed for as there are no other post offices in my area. If you have any other option, like buying postage online, using a private courier or travelling to another post office I would highly recommend doing so instead. Take your business somewhere where they will treat you with respect and be grateful for your custom.
' I don't care about customer service' was the response I received. There is no sign to say that larger parcels won't be accepted and they refused to take mine. My boyfriend accompanied me to the Post Office because I have a broken wrist which was obvious and can't carry much - I asked whether an exception could be made, but was refused even though I also explained that my boyfriend was going away and I couldn't get to another post office. Really rude unhelpful staff. There is space outside the PO counter where it could have been safely left with other parcels and wouldn't have been a hazard.
FOR THE ATTENTION OF POST OFFICE LTD: Sort this franchise out. Apathetic towards residents at best. Rude and aggressive at worst.
Would give no stars if I could. The staff here are the rudest I've ever come across. They make you feel like you're in the way or wasting their time. Barely even acknowledge you as a paying customer. I think they need to re-evaluate their career choices.
They lost the will to live and work a long time ago
Its so bad I had to leave a review for the Newsagent too. Defiantly the worst post office in the country and most probably the worst newsagent too. Why are you so rude and ungrateful of your customers?
AVOID! Not even worth one star. One of the rudest people I have EVER met. Doesn't care about customers, overprices, has shut the door on customers, inconsiderate, bad-tempered, and plain rude. Dont know how this place is still standing as everyone I have spoken to has had a bad experience there. really really terrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Needs to be closed
The post office and cashier staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful, worst newsagents I’ve ever been too. Avoid If possible. No customer service what so ever!
BEWARE - they DO NOT ACCEPT LARGE PARCELS i.e a box 70x10x70 I also believe I was overcharged for posting a small parcel
not sure how this can even be called a newsagent! pretty pathetic attempt to be one
