Very rude security guards at the doors, very disappointed with their attitude must be replaced asap to save this place!!!
Went there for an event. I enjoyed the event on the 5th of November but the security guard was a very horrible patronising guy. He was very rude and intimidating. His body language was off and was very disrespectful. He didn’t care about his behaviour and it was like his team allowed him to behave in a disrespectful manner. There was a point where he even told denied us entry because he didn’t like the fact we spoke up for ourselves although we already paid tickets. I just hope there is some sort of training as he wasn’t a nice person at all and it is very worrying of how he is a security guard. I wasn’t happy but i didn’t let him ruin my night.
Nice atmosphere. But unfortunately it’s to expensive for what they offer. The prices they are overestimated and inside it’s to hot. For that price that you ask at least put some air conditioner for the respect of your customers and the singers who you bring there . Nobody I think he like to see his favourite singers sweating like pigs on the stage. And also when you dance with bunch of people they are re sweating and they smell. So I don’t know why that club it’s so busy with that prices and with that conditions
An absolute disgrace !!! 5 older women in a hen do treated so badly, we left! Staff were obnoxious ....really rude and awful to a group of ladies up for a fun night. Really bad, ruined a great day for the bride to be, with no good reason . Horrible people horrible place and they actually don't care. Shut them down!! Aggressive towards women...awful
The head of security of this club is vile, a patronising individual who denied us entry for a pity reason . He was verbally aggressive he would not listen and was very intimidating. I will take the complaint further to the management as this guy is not fit to work with the public .
Special special shout out to the bar man Pem hope that’s how you spell it not only professionally set standards but had specific skills and ways dealing with customers. I noticed he was consistent also. Best barman I’ve had in a while. Etiquette and mannerism on point thank you very much!
The security guards here are racist to their own people. Don’t go unless you wanna end up bleeding on the floor from the big female security guard. And as you can see from the other reviews, this place needs to be shut down asap
Don’t be afraid to come! These reviews made me feel weary but it was very easy entry lovely security and had a lovely night with Chocolate Men
Highly recommend! Amazing vibe, had the best night out 10/10
Nice club with nice atmosphere. Staff is very kind and friendly.
