Amazing service! First time I had used Somerset Car Sales. I contacted the team during the week to enquire about a vehicle and as could not visit till the weekend was advised to call prior to heading off in case it had gone and to reserve it (at no cost!) until I got there. I received good service on the phone and very friendly and trusting service from arrival through to the sale. I would definitely recommend the team. No games, no pressure, friendly. A* service.

First time I bought a vehicle from Somerset Cars. No pressure selling, frank and open discussion. Very pleased with my Nissan Note and part exchange. A small fault developed and was sorted out with no problems instantly. Top marks for service Will return here again

Cars a bit overpriced. Very poor service. Did not feel welcomed at all. Pointed out some issues with the car I was interested in buying and asked if they could have a look at those or make me a discount. Left my phone number to be contacted at a later time as requested. Never got any call and ended up buying the car in better condition at better price from another stand. I would never recommend this place. If they are bad at selling, imagine the after sales service...

Have had great service here, Full years MOT, battery was a bit tired, no problem New Battery Fitted in 10/15 minutes, as with others No pressure No tricks & lots of cars.

I can't praise these people enough.Not only did they hold my choice of vehicle for 2 weeks, due to unforseen circumstances that prevented me collecting it today they happily delivered my vehicle to my door ! Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service. I will certainly be recommending you to my friends.
