Story

Riders is a family run business launched in 1976, with state of the art dealerships in Bridgwater, Bristol and Cardiff, we are authorised main dealers for BMW, Buell, Ducati and Harley-Davidson™.

Phil Jessopp started Riders from the shed at the back of his garden; the company now has over 45,000 square feet of floor space.

Riders of Bridgwater opened in Monmouth Street then moved to Wylds Road in 1989. Unfortunately the original Wylds Road building burnt down in 1998, the fire spread from a skip out the back which was started by some kids messing about.

Riders of Bristol's new building opened on Stockwood Road, just off the busy A4 in 2003 with 10,000 square ft of ground floor retail space and upper mezzanine level. Whilst the Bristol store was being built there was no stopping Riders and we traded from a temporary building (nicknamed the shack) for almost two years.

Riders of Cardiff the newest showroom opened in May 2009 and home all things BMW and Ducati in Wales, we are all very proud of our Cardiff showroom with its plasma TV wall and lift.

Riders is still very much a family business, our staff are chosen because of their commitment, their knowledge and passion for motorcycles, we always try our very best to give 100%. Don't just take our word for it why not read some of our recent customer comments.

In addition to selling new and used Harley-Davidson's, Buell's, Ducati's and BMW's we also sell parts and accessories, clothing and much more. See below for details. Alternatively if you fancy setting up your bike for optimal performance we are also able to offer Dyno runs on our DynoJet 250i and your improved fuel economy will cover the cost in no time.

Finally we are also happy to hire Harley-Davidson and BMW motorcycles. Ideal if you are considering a new model, friends want to give it a go or if you are a tourist and want to explore the country side in the best way possible, on two wheels!
