Bought a car from this place, multiple problems with it and the service was excellent, 11 days after owning the car there were more problems and i understand this may happen with a second hand car. However, we used our consumer right which is even stated on their website of returning the car within 30 days. Under the law we are meant to have a FULL refund, this was not the case and wear and tear of the car was since taken off the price £150 The matter is now in the hands of trading standards who are working with citizens advice and i have already been promised the money will be back in my account. Great service if you can deal with someone with a short fuse, just do not understand consumer rights act 2015. Also have reported the incident to the AA who promise the guarantee who are also investigating the matter.

Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone and arranged to drive up from South Wales to Bridgewater today to pick up the vehicle. Needed to call to check a few things before making the journey up only to be told they sold the vehicle yesterday! Not informed of this at all, no apology on the phone... Nothing. Looks like a blessing in disguise going by some of the reviews on here!
A nice selection of reasonably priced cars. The staff were extremely helpful and really knew their stuff. Signing over documents took no time at all. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy.
Bought a small run about car for my wife which was in good condition and fitted the bill perfectly. Bearing in mind other bad reviews, I was wary of the one month Warranty and whether it would prove to be worthless in the event of a claim. 10 days later I went to a tyre/exhaust centre to check out a leak from the exhaust. Was informed the whole system would have to be replaced as it was all in one and very expensive . Rang Ryan at Concorde who asked me to bring car up as soon as convenient and his workshop would fix the problem with the front flexy tube. It turned out that couldn't be done so complete new system fitted at no cost to me. Loan car for 24 hours and looked after by the delightful June who was extremely helpful and friendly. Can't fault the service and after sales Warranty and very happy with the car. In summary, a very happy bunny.
One issue but isn't that bad totally understand how business works, No deposits or reservations before viewing the vehicle understandable however no guarantee the vehicle is yours. HOWEVER, The vehicle purchased from them has been perfect exactly what i need in terms of fuel and economical purposes, Part exchanged my old vehicle with them for a very good price and was an easy transaction. Paid in 3 different methods for a vehicle, Cash, Card, Old car. Brilliant service from Ryan thank you so much!
bought a car with this place. They gave me 2 keys. One was snapped so I couldn't use it anyway. Then I later found out the other had a dodgy thob which would of cost over £150 to repair. I was told by citizains advice they had to replace but they wouldn't. They were also very rude and arrogant. I would definietly not recommend buying a car from these people!
Absolutely disgusting service. Conman and a liar. Would not recommend at all. I'm a key worker who desperately needed a car he lied to me outright and tried to sell me a car with 4 big problems including an excessive oil leak for 1400. Absolute disgrace. Have reported to trading standards and also put up on local scammers pages. Avoid like the plague.
My partner brought a ford focus end of January. We put it in for a service when we got home. 8 days later we had a problem so we took to our garage who investigated and said they wouldnt repair and advised us to reject the car under the consumer act 2015 under the 30 days return policy because it was a faulty car and didnt meet the satisfactory quality as lots of the engine parts were from a junk yard and would need a whole new engine to be safe . Concorde motors didnt follow through with their AA dealership promise and immediately told us they were contacting solicitor when we asked to reject the car and get our money back they refused mediation. Long story short we ended up taking them to court who basically laughed his claim out and said they couldn't believe his statement, that a dealer didnt know the engine was full of scrap yard parts, so awarded us full reimbursement, costs and interest under the 2015 act of unsatisfactory quality. We got everything back bar £100. Also their solicitor lawgistics are not solicitors they are an advisory company and also don't know the consumer act law, they just like to scare you with stating their versions of the act so you won't pursue the claim. Since winning we have contacted AA to advise them this company don't follow their AA promise and have contacted Trading standards of our court outcome. Please get AAor RAC to check over their cars before buying. 8 months later finally the ordeal is over we have our money back car gone back to them in same condition as sold and really dont want anyone else to go through what we did.
What I can said is just scam about this company if I can call like that. I bought a car 3weeks ago for £1500,and the engine is just died today. I don even have 100miles with that . Call Ryan,and discuss all of that, guess him answer-> go and put that in garage by myself. Very kind from him! Well done
