The worst garage I have ever come across! My car was sent in to replace the bumper and some some other issues. Although the bumper was fixed, the car came back with more problems such as my BMW badge was scratched, my new brakes which I changed just a few months ago through bmw were now suddenly squeaking, my passenger side headlight was condensed inside and on top of that they left some sort of strong, sticky residue on my car which I couldn’t take off. The garage had my car for 18 days and couldn’t fix all the issues but instead added more to it! I called to complain on Friday about the matter and was told I will get a call on the day but it has been 6 days and had no call back. So disappointed and disgusted that they could do this to someone’s car and send it back like that. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

I had by BMW picked up by Solus team for repairs.  SOLUS has an outstanding customer service! Easy 10/10 for their focus on the customer requests - some thing which cannot be said for the majority of companies dealing with vehicle related services on the market.  +They are BMW certified service provider +Fequent updates on the repair progress +Brilliant customer service by phone and whilst picking up and receiving the vehicle +Repairs were done at the highest quality standart +3 year guarantee on works they've done on your vehicle  A+++ customer care service had a few marks left on the vehicles paint during the repairs SOLUS customer service promptly reached out and assisted with arranging for my BMW to be picked up once again for an inspection. They've done a brilliant work by polishing out the paint inperfections without even rising an eyebrow! The car has never looked better before!  Very happy with the results, I would not hesitate to bring more business these oustanding professionals of SOLUS Accident Repair Centre!  @Solus, an enormous thank you to the entire team involved in the job on my BMW, your customer service attitude and craftsmanship is a beacon of benchmark to all vehicle repair shops and service providers!  Would use again and recommend to others, all around service 10/10!

Was given solus to repair my car via my insurance company and have been very pleased. Absolutely fantastic service and communication. Really impressed with the speed and freindly communication from all of the team at solus from the get go! They picked up and dropped off my car at convenient times and always a phone call prior. This garage told me my car was written off and I definitely regret trusting them as I have later on now found out that it actually got repaired and resold!Not trust worthy! Bunch of scammers!

Review on behalf of my wife. Solus picked up her Picanto on a Thursday morning and returned it repaired the following Tuesday, they could have returned it on the Monday but we had appointments elsewhere. The repair looks very competent and nicely finished.  Courteous people doing the pick up and delivery. We told them that we would pay the excess to them by cash and they came with a printed receipt .

Solus  kept me informed from the start when I made the the claim, gave a date and assured me the car will pick and delivered,and they also  arrange car hire on my behalf so I was not inconvenience. The service great from start to finish.

Had to completely redo my review. Had an absolute nightmare with Solus I had paint stripper poured onto my car. The insurance company were great & prompt.  However, Solus... on the other hand!!!! Well,  they stripped &,resprayed my car 3 times as it kept coming back with  what I can only explain as, as rash, which wasn't there when it went it. Eventually, I was satisfied with the work as they completely replaced the boot &, bonnet due to the 'rash'! .Until.. the rear windscreen shattered. I have a hard top convertible BMW which Solus forgot to tighten the screws in the boot when they replaced it! You can only imagine my frustration. There were other issues too....the bonnet badge fell off, the battery dying due to my car being stationary for so long which led to a misfire & all fuel injectors being replaced! The list was endless. 18 months on, I finally get my car back. My advice....you know what that is!

I did appreciate the job done on my car 100% spot on but did not enjoy the uncertainty I experienced your car would be delivered today, then its the next day and the next day then the next day again.

Tech my self and work to be in the time it was done shows great equipment and skill done a fantastic job
