“Customer services” exceptionally rude and patronising. My car was not ready by the date stated . Car had small front damage and has taken over two weeks because their ‘busy’ admiral shouldn’t be sending their customers here there shockingly bad and rude.

Horrendous. Supposedly a Lexus approved repairer they completely messed up the wiring and the car had to go to Lexus to be fixed because the electrics were messed up by Libra Coachworks. 

Meanwhile customer service was literally non existant. I only found out what happened because the technician at Lexus told me.

Moreover a few weeks after I got it back, I went to put fuel in and the petrol cap release button doesn't work anymore.

I recently had bodywork repair at Libra Coachworks and I would highly recommend the excellent and professional workmanship. Looks like a new car. Very pleased. Thanks to all the team at Libra.

Took my new Mercedes to Libra Coachworks for repair. Very impressed with their new shop, did a great repair on my car. Would recommend.
