Dropped a damaged wheel in on Fri and said I would collect this afternoon. The fitters put another tyre on a slow puncture and put spare wheel back under the van. Very professional service and a quick turnaround. Many thanks

Came in and spoke to Lee who helped me as I had an online booking who also helped send over the reports. Had my two front tires changed really quickly and promptly by Razi. Came back couple days later, spoke to Charlie about with one of my tires being flat and they were able to resolve it very quickly for me. The whole team was very thorough & efficient, Val & Razi helped to fix it. Val even showed me how to use my tire kit in my boot for any emergencies & also gave me some good advice. Lucky that they’re very close as I will be back again for my future tire issues -hopefully there won’t be haha.

I was super satisfied and happy. They have done an amazing job. I loved the price quote before the job starts. Definitely coming back.

MOTABILITY  I came here as a motability customer when a bolt pierced my tyre and it went flat overnight. The chaps here are really nice, they seem to really enjoy their workplace and this really reflects in their work. I had never used Kwikfit before and the man at the desk took the time to explain the process whilst his colleague very quickly replaced my tyre.  From the advice given to other customers that I overheard, these guys really know their stuff and have a genuine concern for the state of your vehicle, I would say you could have any work done on your car here with confidence.

When I picked the car up, the oil service notification was not reset. The coolant was not checked and was not topped up. The oil looks like it is mixed with water and is very thin. There was no check list to show what was checked and if there were any issues anywhere.

Rude and unfriendly staff.. They don't know how to deal and talk to customers.. Booked a full car service worth more than £300 and they were just jokers. They don't bother to let me know that what they are going to do with my car, not even after doing the job. Will never go there again..

Can't believe I'm really doing this , after my last experience at this shop , but seems to be sorted after my complaint to VOSA direct after the management and the mot inspector tried to rip me off ,lady's be careful with places like this because they will certainly try it with you ,get a second opinion is my advice ,thats what I did when they thought my wife came alone already to rip her off ,my advice is you don't feel they are right contact VOSA and report them , but going there I must say they sorted their staff out ,lots of new faces and what a massive change ,very helpful , friendly, and any advice I needed they were more than helpful so for what I experienced that day was a different world altogether, so guys ,thumbs up big time ,I'll give you 5 stars for help , effort ,customer service , thanks guys , job well done

Friendly staff and changed my tyre quickly and for a reasonable price. However came in the next day as the plastic on the bottom of my car had come loose, they told me I had a cracked oil sump and they'd like to keep it in to take it all apart and order me the new parts needed. Took it to another garage to get a second opinion, nothing was wrong with the oil sump something was just a little loose and needed tightening. Glad I did as who knows how much I would have unnecessarily spent.

Turned up with a suspected battery health issue but knew it might also be an immobiliser issue! The guys at QF were beyond helpful. Checked the battery health and gave me some great advice, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need in fact, the complete opposite, and didn't charge a bean! So friendly, so helpful, so efficient - absolutely brilliant hence the 5 stars!
