One of the best shoe collections there. They had luxury shoe brands such as cole haan. Not all shoe are available from each brand but still very good.
I can earnestly say that I have rarely had a better in-store experience than with Laura and AJ. Even though the store did not have exactly what I was looking for, this specific store is now my first port of call the next time I need something else! Thank you very much

I had the opportunity visiting sole trader on the 25th July 2022. I was shopping with my mother for her birthday. Were welcomed by Helen and Jamie in the Oxford st branch who provided fantastic customer service on a day that was very busy. They still managed to act professionally and were both really friendly.
Poor customer service looks like they have something better to do then serve the customer. Instead of recommending other pair of shoes they send me to Other shops lol first and last time there

Was buying lady fitflops with my pregnant wife. The lovely assistant, who got us the size needed, took an effort to warn us that the shoes might not be good for pregnant women, but since we don't plan to use them a lot, we bought them. The genuine care for what's really best for the customer, pleasantly surprised me. Thank you!
Great experience shopping here. Really good selection of different brands and types of shoes with a focus on quality. Helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely come back.
