They have a great selection... but there is one guy that runs it, he shouts at people. Makes you feel extremely uncomfortable and ...well, i never walk in when i see his face in the back. I wish the company would send a ghost shopper to see what he really is like. He straight out lies: "Your daughter needs this size" looked too small and she complained :too tight "She looks very comfortable to me" she was struggling, too big "If you dont know what you want, you should tell me, i can help" ...what?! "She will grow into them, i think she will soften the leather in no time" that shoe was the one my 4 year old wanted...! It's bright pink and i asked for a smaller size, if you dont have it: dont sell it!!  No wonder he complains about online shoppers.
