Absolutely terrible service.  Sofa now 2 months delayed and was told that we would pay 50% when order and 50% when delivered.  Now got a call to say that they still can't confirm delivery but want the balance before the sofa is delivered.  When spending £1700 on a sofa you would expect much better service.  Terrible.  £850 spent in June and still no sofa.  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Two sofas. Very nice.except not colour fast.dropped something and tried to clean it with water. Colour vanished. Complained to company. Dreadful customer service. No response. Buy Elsewhere  One year on…..furniture now blotchy, the puff and bounce has left the building. Hardly been used because of lockdown. Repeat…buy elsewhere.

Nice shop and friendly staff. But poor after sales customer services. Never again!
