Argos Bromley The Mall

I use this Argos regularly because it’s so nice and quiet which is better for me because I have sensory issues and the staff are always so lovely, I brought a shopping trolley from there and the lady put the wheels on for me. They are really nice and friendly I have never had to wait long to be served and there are always plenty of members of staff about.

Very slow service and very disorganised store. Seemed to have a lot of staff but they where not working very productivly or in an orderly way. Numbers being called when item is not ready for collection. I was number 237 and items 243 plus items where ready before mine? I waited 20 minutes for my item which was not a large or heavy item. I would not recommend this Argos. Visited store on 29/06/2019

The five stars is for Chelsea. I bought a phone to collect here via Argos Ebay site a few months ago. Their online team totally screwed up the order and it was deleted, and as there were hardly any left, I thought all was lost as the deal had been expired on their site. Chelsea secured it for me and I was able to pick it up and she saved the day, so great work and many thanks.

I went there to have info about the Argos card. And the first member of staff explained. Was clear even if complicated but it was fine. I was leaving and I hear someone coming after me and it was claudette. She came to double check that everything was clear to me. Explained once more and then gave me a full consulence about phones. Which helped me to decide what to buy and how to pay. She was super nice and helpful. I rarely leaves feedbacks but this time I was properly impressed and I work in retail myself. She really deserves it

Visited on 30 June 2019. Ordered a bog standard kettle and waited an absolute age for it. Staff very disorganised and the one I spoke to very unhelpful. Waited at least 25 minutes. Numbers saying item is ready but not even on the shelf. Loads of other customers experienced the same on the day. Will never return to this store again. The Argos situated in Bromley previously was 100 tones better.

Great service. Allowed to see product before we chose to buy and the attitude of all the staff both front of house and warehouse was absolutely top level. Great to see. I will go out of my way to use this Argos again.

FAST TRACK ORDERING SYSTEM NOT SECURE Ordered a cordless vacuum and paid for it using FastTrack Pay & Collect from this branch. Didn't get opportunity to collect it and so requested a refund. Was told they were unable to pay refund because they had given the goods to someone else and have CCTV footage of the goods being collected. I had not given order number or collection code to anyone else. The minimum you expect of a Pay & Collect service is that they keep your goods safe until you can collect them. Don't use FastTrack for high value items.

The lady from collection point is not very friendly. The orders screen shows ready to collect orders - she names completely different ones. She calls one by number, the next by name, and the next as she pleases, In a rude manner.

Love argos, but this branch has outdated stock checkers, no touch panels to see the catalog and only one staff at the till handling everything from purchases and inquiries. Staff is unwilling to assist when there are very long delays

Wont buy on this Argos again, I bought a few items on ebay, and the item arrived 1 week before as expected, contacted argos to extend the date just one day more because I was outside the country, and they just told me... no, find someone to grab your package... totally rude and useless... wont buy in this Argos again.
