Last Sunday evening on the 14th of July I came into this cafe with the intention of buying a litre tub of ice cream. I was informed that there were no more pre-made tubs of the flavour I chose so was offered two 1/2 litre tubs instead for the same price. The young girl was very friendly and provided great customer service however her older co-worker was continuously talking down on her as she was struggling and presumably new which was very awkward to witness. After she gave us the ice cream, I was instructed to pay at the other till and the older woman would handle this. She attempted to charge me for the two half litre tubs separately adding up to £9.20 when the litre tub which I would have gotten had it been there was £6.50, a huge difference! When I told her about the situation she was extremely rude to both me and her other colleague who also tried to explain to her why I should be charged for one litre and not the way she was trying to. I ended up walking out of here as I was disgusted at the woman’s sighing, moaning and overall attitude. She was not the least bit professional. I have been coming here for years and have always had no problems at all with customer service but this experience has made me question whether I want to return here again.

I was enjoying my nice bus ride into Glasgow with my dear friend we were looking out of the back window on the top of the bus and caught one of your workers picking there nose and on his phone he then over took us I can't remember his full regi plate but I think the start was ng64 and then something else I think and they were also male and I am saying this for the drivers safety and other drivers around him X
