the worst experience I have ever had I ordered Nutella waffle  but when i check it was white chocolate i went back and told them you give me the wrong order the cheeky staff went no you ordered the wrong one the staff is very rude owner/manager was worst she doesn’t know anything about customer service came out and started showing attitude if they jus give me the waffle for free regardless i paid extra Their was no apology just attitude.  I am a regular customer but i wont b going their again I hardly leave reviews but felt I had to share this amazed at the owners/manager attitude. Complete lack of customer service skills  Avoid at all costs i would rather go to cookies and cream

Mailed about a delivery slot that was advertised on Facebook they get back to me 10 days after me mailing them then when I say to them it was 10 days ago I messaged they reply with they just received my message when clearly stated on the message it sent 16th nov then get a cheeky reply back then blocked!  cheeky mos is aptly named due to there response ! Will be avoiding giving them my money when I’m a regular customer!! Lol

Another treat to my daughter who loves to explore new ice cream shops Our ice cream and galaxy cookies dough and the big waffle with milkybar sauce was great we thoroughly enjoyed it Only negative point i have about this shop is its not a nice area with so many young idiots on the main street outside drunk and so much police patrol going on Next time I would order online and have it delivered rather go down the main street

Oh my goodness, the choice and quality from the menu is superb. So much so, that I am now ordering via Just Eat, if I can't manage down to the shop. Their ice cream is the best in Glasgow. I used to be a staunch customer to another cafe for most of my life. Gave them up once I found Cheeky Moo's. Everything tastes delicious, their combinations are mouthwatering and I want to try everything they have on offer.

would rate 6 stars if I could. lots of delicious flavours of ice cream, and a vast selection of other items waffles, cookie dough, etc. staff is hardworking and friendly! never had a bad experience here.

Ice cream is lovely but getting charged 80p for sprinkles for my daughters ice cream. That is bloody shocking BTW!

Not really good value for the cost and the wait is ridiculous .. 1 person serving 3 walking about not really doing much front of shop.

My go-to place for something sweet! This is the best place to have a waffle, they are amazing. I have tried a lot of desserts from here and never been disapointed though, their ice cream is so creamy and tasty. The milkshakes are particularly good, you can pick up to three flavours of ice cream and get creative with it. The delivery is always on time and delivered by friendly people, even on a weekend when they were super busy they apologised for it being two minutes late, great service. My go-to place for something sweet!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered food to takeaway. My sister then noticed their display cakes and took a photo of them. I then ordered one of the cakes. The owner then came out and questioned why we were taking pictures of the cakes, trying to insinuate something. We told her we thought the cake looked really cool. To then be told that we were apparently taking notes in the store. What could we be taking notes of. We were sitting down with our receipt, waiting for our order. I cancelled the order after questioning her actions. Which were not backed up. The owner then stayed in the kitchen whilst continuing to shout at us. Appalled by the service in this store. We only wanted a waffle, how hard can that be. It’s a ‘desert bar’ surely we can take a photo of our order. Avoid at all costs. Owner needs a reality check.  I rarely leave  reviews but felt I had to share this appalling service. Truly amazed at the owners attitude.  Complete lack of customer service skills.
