Should've gotten Ben and Jerry's, the chocolate ice cream I got tasted nothing like chocolate it was horrible. Add to that the lady waited until my card was approved before she gave me my cone it felt like she was paranoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would.  No dairy free options and because I was looking for something that is not THE NORM, I got the snarcasm treatment.   I cannot eat ice cream that has cow's milk in it because it makes me really sick - whether I'm lactose intolerant or allergic to milk I don't know and there's no point getting tested because what I have is freakishly rare.

Great ice cream, tad over priced. Usually good service, one member of staff very abrupt and unhelpful though.

Love this place. Just couldn't make my mind up which to choose.
