I was told by a friend what a wonderful place it is! So thought I would give it a try! She was right! Wonderful fun welcoming service as soon as I walked in! Never seen such a good choice of Robell trousers! Spent my time trying to find a few in local boutiques but so many under one roof! To top it off my husband was looked after very well with delicious coffee and biscuits! I joined him on the beautiful sofa and had a lovely coffee too whilst the girls packed my bags of beautiful trousers, tops and scarves! Needless to say I walked away a very happy lady! Thank you So Simply ! Be back soon
Visited last week as recommended by friends that the trousers were amazing. Sadly met by a very grumpy assistant who provided no help or advice apart from the size I asked for would not be right for me as the sizing comes up smaller. There are kinder ways of addressing this issue and also snapped at me as I had no idea about the different styles, materials or lengths I needed. To be honest I had come quite a distance, taken the afternoon off work to visit and what a waste of time. For the record the larger size I was told I needed was way too big and the size I had requested were also a little on the big size for me. Had I been given some advice - told about the make and the different styles etc I may even with the hostile attitude have bought some trousers but having been told how difficult it was to get all the samples I gave up as it was clear I was not welcome.
Fantastic company with a huge choice of Robell trousers and tops at good prices, with excellent customer service and fast delivery of online orders.Very welcoming patient staff if you visit, my husband was happy to wait on the sofa with a lovely coffee.Planning my next visit already.
Visited late Friday afternoon with my husband. Came across Robell trousers through Kettlewell who are no longer selling them. Did a bit of research and found we had a stockist not far away from us set in a delightful country village. They have an amazing selection there and the staff couldn’t be more helpful; my husband was offered a cup of coffee and a comfy seat while I perused and tried on. I tried the jeans, which are amazing and will definitely be going back for a pair for winter. I don’t think I want to wear anything other than Robell now as they are so comfy and wash up beautifully. I have a couple of pairs that are about three years old and they still look as good as new. If you haven’t tried Robell, give them a go. Better still visit So Simply Robell and the staff will advise and look after you but there is no pressure to purchase. Alison
Wow what can I say !! This Robell outlet is amazing! I now have a wardrobe full of these very flattering trousers in just about every colour. Have thrown out all my normal trousers I had. They must be the most comfortable trousers ever, especially the jeans. There are also a nice range of tops, jackets, necklaces and scarves to match. Nicky and her staff are so helpful and friendly. This place is such a find. You can also have a coffee or glass of Prosecco whilst you browsing. What more can you ask.
Robell is my favourite shop. It's a great experience, not to be missed. On arrival you are offered a coffee, always welcome. The clothes are really lovely, easy to wear, and very comfortable. Everyone is very helpful and attentive, but absolutely no pressure. I can't fault it, just great.
Bought Robell trousers online. Very happy with them, great fit. Excellent service from So Simply Robell - I entered my address incorrectly and my package appeared to have been lost. However, it was returned to sender and So Simply phoned to tell me that they had received it and immediately resent it to correct address. I received it next day ! Impressed. Than you.
My first visit to the shop although I have previously bought from Simply Robell online. Well what can I say? The staff in the shop are so welcoming offering both coffee and prosecco!! and extremely helpful in every way. Needless to say I came away with items that I hadn't gone in for and still have one on order! I will certainly be returning next time I am in the district.
First visit last week in search of Robell cut offs which a friend had recommended. What a find! Husband thoroughly enjoyed the sofa and coffee and I loved the huge choice of Robells in pretty much every size and colour. There's a selection of Adini tops there too which complement the Robells beautifully and of course I came away with tops as well... The whole experience was so pleasant and Francesca was so helpful. Made the whole experience pleasurable! Thank you. Debbie
have to give 5 stars for location much prefer that to any shopping centre, and it takes me some 80 min from my home, ok, size of shop, quantity of stock, quality of clothes, absolute fair prices, friendly, attentive but not pushy staff. I am totally sold on the fit and cut of the trousers. All sorted for a colourful Easter and summer, thank you!
