Not sure if they're bots but all the reviews saying there's a toilet or a cafe are talking rubbish. You can check M&S's own website.
Very friendly store, with high quality products!
Always well stocked, nice staff. Prices have gone up rapidly in a few months as everything has. Sandwiches have always been really good however at £3.80 a go now it’s become unaffordable when you can get a meal deal up the road for £3.50. Cafe staff miserable all the time.
Cafe staff very slow at serving customers at the till, often busy talking to colleagues or friends who have dropped by, very slow at clearing tables, really could do with proper customer service training, and it’s expensive compared to local cafes or the Crown Hotel in the town. Only complaint is with the cafe, the store staff are brilliantnnUpdate: maybe management do read the reviews. The cafe is going to close in a few weeks.
Came in for lunch and to pick up fresh flowers but in the cafe none of the items advertised on the wall menu were available. Only toasties and sandwiches.nAnd a very small selection of fresh flowers due to not being restocked I guess. Disappointing.
