Brilliant treatment. I have been kept fully mobile for over 4 years thanks to treatment from So Healthy. The chiropractors and the other staff are always friendly and informative. I have always been well advised on any treatment, explanations have been easy to understand and comprehensive. I cannot praise them enough.
My family and I have been patients of So Healthy for several years now. We have received excellent treatment in those years which has also included a great deal of preventative maintenance. All the chiropractors we see, in particular Sarah, Esta and Priscilla have been marvellous. We always receive a warm welcome from the receptionists and So Healthy is our first port of call in Bedford for almost all our medical conditions.
Would highly recommend So Healthy Chiropractor treatment at the Kempston branch. I suffered from back problems as result of various issues related to pregnancy. I was treated by Priscilla and Esther. Had it not been for them, I would still be suffering. After ongoing treatment from them, I was able to move freely without my back locking. I actually used to look forward to going to my appointments as it used to provide such relief! An extremely friendly service from all staff including Reception who go out of their way to help you recover from your physical issue.
I first went to So Healthy in 2007. I had heard that they sold a good Cod Liver Oil and went to buy a bottle. I told Maureen, the receptionist, that I wanted it for my son who had multiple health problems and she suggested he have an appointment with Frank So. I was a bit confused because I thought Chiropractors 'put the body straight'. Frank practised TBM Total Body Modification a system which can test for and correct physiological imbalances in the body. My son benefitted enormously and as I hadn't been feeling too well myself I made an appointment. Frank found various things wrong with me including erratic sugar control which undoubtedly would have become diabetes. He corrected everything. Sadly we lost Frank earlier this year but his daughter Priscilla also practises TBM and regularly comes to the Kempston Clinic. Frank was good, very good - but Priscilla is amazing. She is so fast and thorough. The practitioners at So Healthy have kept me well for the last 11 years and I have told many people about them, all of whom have been over the moon with the results they experienced. The whole place is genuinely friendly and caring. The Chiropractors are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend So Healthy Chiropractic.
I have been treated by Priscilla and Sarah at Kempston clinic for a number of different issues and have found them to be extremely thorough and caring. They have undoubtedly helped me feel much better in general as well as at times when I have been in significant pain with my lower back. I definitely value seeing them, not only when essential but also as a preventative measure.
Have been treated at So Healthy in Kempston for some time now. First by Frank So who has, sadly, passed away and now by Priscilla, his daughter, who is fabulous. The treatment I get is amazing and Priscilla's understanding of how the body functions is outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I have been visiting So Healthy Chiropractic for over 11 years now and I cannot emphasise what an amazing difference it has made to my life, health and wellbeing to receive the type of treatment I do. It has been truly life changing to discover what chiropractic treatment can do. I could not be any happier with the treatment I have received over this 11 year period of my life. So Healthy really look after you and they genuinely care for your wellbeing. I currently see 2 different chiropractors at So Healthy for treatment: Sarah Sharp- Sarah is really lovely and a real pleasure to know and be treated by. She gives me the best treatment for my whole bodily structure, she is so focused and thorough, but always very gentle, aware and considerate of my needs. Sarah is learning more all of the time. She is also a qualified animal chiropractor has such great care and compassion for animals and people alike. Working as a chiropractor is not a job to Sarah, but a genuine passion and dream, born out of love to help others and relieve suffering. It is always such an amazing feeling to be treated by somebody you know cares so thoroughly about your health and well-being and is only 100% focused on giving you the best possible treatment and helping you in every way possible. I couldn't be happier with every single one of my treatments from Sarah so far and I always look very forward to seeing her again for my next treatment. The other chiropractor I see for treatments at So Healthy is Priscilla So. Priscilla has been practicing chiropractic for longer than Sarah and has acquired an enormous amount of experience with many different techniques and approaches. One particular technique or treatment model which has been an absolute godsend to me and has honestly saved my life from my very first visit there, and continues to make the most extraordinary and undescribable positive difference to my health and well-being to this day: -is known as "Total Body Modification" or "TBM" for short. It is not easy to describe this system of treatment because it is so unusual and unbelievable. It has to be seen and experienced to believe and grasp the real miracle of this treatment model. When most people think of chiropractic we associate it with structural treatments primarily. However with TBM a whole new universe of possibility is opened up. This genius system uses muscle testing to pinpoint and diagnose with perfect accuracy very specific problems and imbalances literally anywhere with in the body. This can be specific organs not working optimally or having a serious problem or deficiency, blood sugar control problems which could potentially develop into diabetes, diabetes, hormonal problems, and a million other things I can't even think to list- the possibilities are endless using the muscle testing and TBM treatment approach. I began having this treatment in 2007 and I was incredibly sick at the time and barely able to eat a thing and perilously underweight. TBM uses muscle testing to accurately diagnose problems and deficiencies, and the TBM treatment model which involves tapping specific sequences into the relevant acupressure points on the spine which corresponds to the specific organ or imbalanced area. It sounds a bit whacky but it truly works and instantly corrects the underlying problem exactly like rebooting a computer. It truly is amazing the difference this treatment can make to any type of health problem you are suffering with. It is genuinely life-changing and life saving and everybody should have knowledge and access to this type of treatment. I also receive regular allergy treatments using TBM as well. I have suffered with the most severe allergies since 2005 due to Lyme disease and TBM has made an undescribable difference to my life by frequently clearing my most severe allergies. Again, using muscle testing to accurately diagnose the allergy, and treating via accupressure points. It only takes seconds and immediately clears the allergy. So Healthy have truly saved my life and I honestly can't recommend them more.
My wife and I have used So Healthy for many years, always first class treatment from Priscilla and Esther. We cannot recommend them enough.
just had a consultation with Dr Frank So. He showed that I'd been completely misdiagnosed. He made massive changes to me - so I've block booked 12 sessions 4 a week. This guy is the Grand master of Chiropractors, a wizard. if you think you have a problem book this guy fast. I know I've seen half a dozen chiropractors and none come even close to his level of expertise.
My first visit to this clinic and i was instantly put at ease by the friendly staff. The treatment was informative and really helped explain what Chiropractic does and how it could help me. Really impressed and after a few treatments have noticed significant improvements. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
