Great gym! Dan is a great coach. He doesnt rush you into doing to much to soon. He wont let you slide either. And he is child freindly.

Great place friendly staff .
The sun bed is amazing so so hot
I live in goldington but drive to kempston to use there sunbed as its so much better and I tan in half the time of others I've used.
The PT Dan in there is very good and the boxing lessons are amazing.you will shred weight like crazy 3 months I lost 3 stone. He is a serious trainer. 
And H who runs the tanning is lovely
I really can't recommend this place enough

Fantastic staff who are very friendly and accommodating. PT Dan  is very patient and explains the training thoroughly. Great laughs, very welcoming training group with training that  is aimed at all levels.
