My Corolla Estate went in today for a service, and the customer service provided by my Service Advisor Lola, was absolutely fantastic. She kept me in the loop and provided me and put a lot of effort into making me feel like a valued customer. Thank you very much Lola! The car was exceptionally clean and the coffee in the service centre was great! Cannot recommend Snows Toyota Bournemouth enough.
Having purchased a new C-HR I attended Snow's Bournemouth order to have Gen-3 protection applied to the paintwork. We were greeted by Lewis, who explained the procedure to us and provided us with tea and biscuits whilst we waited for an hour for the work to be completed. Once this was done Lewis checked the vehicle over with us and then spent some considerable time explaining all the controls and functions of the new car. He also set up a number of phone linked systems for us. I was very pleased with vehicle and am extremely grateful for the service Lewis provided. I have been with Ford for very many years and am glad that we have now switched to Toyota. I look forward to having Snows Bournemouth look after my cars in future.
The Frosts ServicennI think that the car service experience is an often overlooked but very important part of car ownership and greatly influences choice of brand.nnThe experience I had with the dealership who sold me the car was not good, they lost the Toyota franchise just prior to me taking delivery! I was not expecting much when I had to take my car for its first service at another Toyota dealership.nnHow wrong I was! The whole experience at Frosts was excellent from the start, ample car parking and friendly welcome with comfortable seating, decent coffee and on throughout entire time I was there.nnMy service agent was Lois and what a delightful person she is. Her ability to give a happy smiling welcome in an efficient, professional manner whilst being friendly is a credit, not only to Snows, but also the Toyota brand.nnAfter my car service was completed Lois gave me the paperwork and key, I remembered something that I wanted doing on the car. Lois said that would not be a problem, jumped into the car and drove it back to the workshop.nnA few minutes later a technician returned my car, all sorted.nnI have been fortunate to have had many premium brand cars and can honestly say that this is the best overall experience with the servicing team I have been given. I do appreciate that the result is a team effort but your customer facing personnel are key and Lois is an exemplar of this role.
