I saw a car online and it was still in prep so there was no pictures or videos. I called the dealership and was put in touch with Eve Morgan who went above and beyond to give me details about the car and provided me with videos. Whatever needed doing she did, wheels tyres etc. it was my first time committing to a distance sale so I never got a chance to see the car in person due to distance and time constraints. Eve made the process extremely easy, answered all my questions via phone and email and kept me in the loop. Day of collection I have to admit I was expecting to find issues, reason being I didn’t see it in person beforehand, but there was nothing! The car looked amazing and Eve went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase. She went through all the features of the car, allowed me to test drive before leaving, paired my phone and ensured I was 100% happy before I left. The car is amazing and I couldn’t be happy with my purchase. Credit where credit is due and Eve was fantastic, without her I don’t think I would’ve made the purchase. I highly recommend Eve to anyone who’s looking to purchase a car, she really goes that extra mile for her customers and is a true asset to Marshall! Once again thank you so much Eve!
