A total disgraceful shambles from start to finish, from top management down to the sales team.nI regrettably purchased a 120d M SPORT Shadow Edition, I agreed a day to collect after the vehicle checks had been completed, a damaged wheel had not been replaced as promised, so I had to leave the car and collect it the following week. Paying the balance was extremely painful, 2.5hrs, as the salesman dithered, no fuel in the car, wasn't sure where the new mats were, turned out they were in the car. Mistakes made registering the car with the DVLA. Driving home I noticed the steering wheel was out of alignment, had to book it in with the service department to get it corrected.nExactly 1 week later the car was STOLEN from my drive, my cctv shows the thief with a key, my car gone in seconds. Called Marshalls and spoke to the used sales manager who was not interested at all. They would only talk to the Police by email initially.nI took both of my issued keys to a another dealer who scanned the keys, one correct key the other not! Marshalls were no help at all, their heads deeply buried in the sand, thankfully BMW UK were a great help leaning on Marshalls to get the issue settled.nAvoid this dealership, there's something not right here.

I would like to thank Matt, the sales executive that I dealt with on Saturday 30 April when I went to collect my new 220i Msport Gran CoupenI ordered my car back in October last year and due to the restrictions caused by the pandemic my car wasn’t delivered into the UK until last week. I was kept up to date with how my car was progressing every couple of weeks. Matt dealt with the handover in a very professional manner and answered any questions I had about the car with ease and was very knowledgeable throughout the handover. This made the whole experience very enjoyable and exciting when he removed the cover and revealed the car to me. It was above my expectations of what to expectnThis is my 3rd car that I have bought from Marshall’s Bournemouth and each time it exceeds my expectationsnMany thanks once again
