First experience not so friendly, as you get to know the people they start to open up. The dealership is always busy, which means it’s hard to get hold of staff to ask questions. Only allow pre booking to see certain departments esp service engineers. Quite a busy environment during afternoons. Morning are quietest. Their coffee is amazing tho! 5 stars to their coffee machine nOne staff promised me to get car mats built just for my car but after a year I still haven’t received it yet! nPhone system is quite complicated to get connected.nVW van centre is a complete different building to the car centre at this brand.

We highly recommend these guys. Recently purchased a Tiguan from here and despite a minor issue with paperwork, Steve went above and beyond to support our lack of a vehicle by providing a courtesy car whilst they rectified an admin error with the previous owner. We will be using them again in the future.
Booked a test drive and told the salesman Josh that if all was well we would be buying the car, had a 150 mile round trip to dealership only to receive an email a few days before to say that they had sold the car absolutely disgusted with their morals couldn't even be bothered to call me and offer the chance for myself to leave a deposit, would have thought that they would have explained to the other purchaser that there was someone having a test drive and if they didn't have it then it would still be for sale
