Car had software issue that I couldn't resolve. I rang Breeze booked it in for a 'DRIVE BY' assessment. When I took it in they sorted in no time. Very happy. All staff very helpful and polite. Couldn't do too much for me namely Georgia and the technician who sorted my car out.nI also arranged a test drive with Sam Patterson who was also pleasant and helpful.
VW sales and service centre. I had to take my car in for a replacement air bag, on a recall. Booking an appointment was easy, a week later the job was done whilst I waited for a couple of hours. Free coffee, very good too, and offered a free car wash. Staff happy and courteous.
I had a really positive experience with Nicholas G and Benjamin N at VW Poole. I found a used car I liked and within 4 days I was arriving at the centre to pick it up. The handover was seamless and all of the reception staff there on the day were very friendly offering me a drink upon arrival. Ben and Nick worked well as a team to make sure everything was in place for me - including a no fuss part change on the day of collection. All in all, an excellent service. Thanks again for your help and professionalism.
I had a great experience at Breeze Volkswagen Poole because Steve Sanders looked after me and guided me through the whole process. He was attentive to detail and informative when I test drive the car. Extremely polite at all times.
