Great place to visit for both children and adults. Nice variety of land and sea animals and although it isn’t huge it’s not somewhere you can fly around in a couple of minutes.  Animals appear to be well cared for, as do the grounds. Nice variety of tropical plants too. On-site cafe appears to be a good size although we never visited. Refreshments and snacks in main lobby at least are well priced.

We go here for all our keys cut

Very friendly customer service. Only got a key cut which worked great. Will definatley return.

I went there for a car key for ds3 but the man who was working that day told me he didn't know how to open it. I was sent away.  I managed to get one in West road

Opening time 9a.m staff not due to arrive there until about 9:20. On this occasion doesn't warrant 1 star, but can submit without adding 1. Sad times.

Only had a watch battery replaced...no problem with that .

Too expensive for shoe repairs and key cutting,there's a local shop cuts keys for half the price and you could go to Newcastle to get shoe repairs a lot cheaper.

Very friendly and very helpful member of staff on when I called in to get 2 keys cut was done there and then reasonable priced for 2 keys cut .

Just been there to take 2 duvets. Offer on at the moment. 2 for 1. Very pleasant staff.

Two watch batteries 15 quid each. A bit pricey
