I placed an order on 22nd of January for books advertised as BRAND NEW. Two collections / box sets arrived visibly used, even had a sticker 'USED, LIKE NEW' on them. Well, they were not like new, flaps inside the books were damaged. 
OK if you don't mind receiving used books, if you are after BRAND NEW BOOKS - this company could be a hit and miss :-(

Having not ordered from Snazal before and reading mixed reviews I was sceptical about placing an order.
Well order placed and books received, very quickly I might add.
My order total was £29.99 and I was happy that the agent I spoke to added a few pence on so that I could utilise the free delivery.
I mostly purchase ebooks but should the need arise, I would certainly use Snazal again and recommend their services.
