We had a log burner fitted last October by Evans. Everything went really smoothly, from my 1st visit to the show room meeting Bill, Mant coming to carry out the survey and the actual installation itself.  The crew were fantastic and bomb proofed my lounge and left no trace. The whole team were polite and professional throughout and we're delighted with the log burner! Thank you.

Great experience,  Mant couldn't have been more helpful and tolerant and made us feel comfortable regarding the products we were getting.  I popped in 2 or 3 times to make sure I was happy.  The installers were top notch, very professional, cleaned up after themselves, polite etc.  But crucially went the extra mile.  We had a strange sort of texture on the wall, which when the old fireplace was removed obviously went with it.  The fitter went of their way when redoing the plastering to make sure it blended in, and it looks great.  Overall, thrilled to bits with it, and compared to the old open fire, it is SOOO much warmer.   We had the unit fitted in early March, and I am perhaps the only person that was pleased that Winter dragged on - I definitely got some use out of the stove.  Well done Evans Fireplace Team

We ordered a multifuel Woodburner from Evans Fireplace Centre. Our property had no previous fire place. They fitted a slate hearth and slate to the walls and a flue through the ceiling and roof. The install was very professionally done and no mess was left for us to clear up. Would highly recommend their work.

We are really pleased with everything that Evans Fireplaces did for us from start to finish. Mant was very helpful in helping us decide which hearth and log burner to go for and gave us a quote instantly. Once we agreed to go ahead, he came to our house to make sure everything would work out for the installation. We had good communications from the office before the installation date and on the day. The two staff that installed were really polite and friendly and got on with the job in a very organised and tidy way. They were very thorough and left the room absolutely spotless. We are so happy with the end result and we couldn't have asked for a better service from Evans. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a wood burning stove fitted by Evans Fireplace Centre and we were happy with the whole process. The 2 staff who fitted the fire had to remove an old gas fire which had been bricked in. We weren't sure what the state of the original fire place walls would be, and were keen to show the old fireplace if possible, so they very carefully knocked out all the newer bricks and we are left with the beautiful original 1930s bricks. They did a great job at cleaning up too. Fitting the liner was tricky due to the height of the chimney but they sorted this out. We are very happy with the new stove. Thank you.

I recently had an electric fire fitted, this involved having the old fireplace boarded up and the wall plastered. Mant and the fitters were polite, professionals and cheerful,  nothing was too much trouble and the finished job was beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Evans. Their staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The two guys carrying out the installation did an amazing job in a fraction of the time I was expecting. Great service and great value.

We have had an Evans fireplace for several years and decided to have a log burner fitted.  However, the original opening was too small.  So the work entailed removing the fireplace, taking it back to the workshop, altering it to fit the new stove, and refitting it.  All of this work was done in a very professional manner.  The fitters were very polite and careful and left the room as clean and tidy as they found it.  Even the wallpaper was left intact! We are absolutely thrilled with our new stove and fireplace and cannot recommend Bill and his team highly enough.  Thank you all.

We have recently had two log burners installed and an open fireplace replaced. We are really pleased with all three. Great quality, Mant and his team worked with us so that they were able to provide exactly what we were after. Tidy, polite and helpful installation and great craftsmanship.
