Had work experience here, staff were friendly, patient and guiding. The store is very clean and simple to navigate around and they have all sorts of products for your pet to love! Tons of cute pets too!

My only shame is i couldn't finish my work experience, I was taken off after one day, but if i had a full 9 weeks here, i'd have absolutely loved it.

I went to this pet shop on recommendation and I must say the customer service skills are fantastic. I went there to shop for my little puppy practically clueless on what food to buy and I wanted advise on a harness. The lady that served me made me feel very comfortable and was very informative. She tried the harness on my puppy and also advised me on the best types. She clearly explained the type of food that the puppy  should be eating and what to avoid. Even suggested a deer antler for chewing to try and stop the puppy from chewing everything in site. I went to pets at home 1st and left clueless. I would never go back to pets at home again.

Very friendly staff. Great pet toys varieties. They also have an aquarium section and lots of choices. Good selection of birds. Definitely recommend it to all pet lovers to visit the shop.

Animals exceptionally well tended to by helpful, friendly staff. Chickens well looked after and available for sale. Great to see the vibrant colours of the real coral growing in the Aquatic centre!

A local Pet store " knowledgeable and friendly staff .a wide rang .of pets and equipment . Aquarium  dept ' a good range of fish. 'Tropical and cold water . Good range of  tanks and plants fresh and artificial and all  things for keeping fish
