Very good, clean and tidy. Plenty for the kids to do and go on. But it does get rammed. Too busy for my liking. That's probably just me.

I thought it was very cold at first, but the obvious reason it to keep the kids cool after running around. The food and drinks were overpriced - in my opinion. The staff didn't address a group of women who took over the toddler section with 4 babies not toddlers. Would be nice to see that improved.  T The car ride was good as the adult can ride with the child and it lasted a good while for £1.  Clean and our 2 year old loved it.

Been a few times now so feel OK to do a fair review. Nice big venue. The soft play area has lots of elements to it, including a huge slide and lots of tunnel action. Seating area for adults is very big and there are lots of tables. Cafe is reasonably priced, quick takeaway type stuff.  Kids won't get their 5-a-day here but they'll certainly burn hundreds of calories. Toilets always seem clean & staff pleasant. Parking is OK but not great and when it's busy the road outside can get pretty full up. It's good to ring before you go because sometimes usually weekend there can be parties on that really fill the place up and make it less enjoyable. Having been to other soft play places around the city i can see why Snakes and Slides has won Manchester's best soft play place awards.

Pricing scale according to child's age which is realistically priced. Staff are all friendly, welcoming and attentive. Designated age-appropriate areas means the older kids can let off steam whilst the younger still have a sanctuary to play without interference. I hate soft play areas so it's nice that Snakes and Slides makes it as comfortable for adults as possible. Coffee is lovely! Food is enjoyable, if a little expensive but hey- you don't have to eat here. We usually spend around 90 minutes

This is a great place for kids and toddler's. The atmosphere is loud and very very active. The staff were very kind and helpful and made sure that my family member had an amazing birthday. They also serve food and drinks for both children and adults. It's a very nice place for a child to spend a few hours here.

I love taking my grandson here. He loves the go carts and I love watching him on them.

Had my daughter's birthday party there. Staff were amazing; parent's platters were very tasty and beautifully presented. Kids loved it. Play areas are excellent. Over all we had a lovely experience at this place.

Wonderful place for mums to get together with children. It's very big and kids can have hours of fun. They have party rooms and even a small football pitch with a soft ball. They have a baby zone too. The toilets are clean and sanitary.

Great play centre.. Lots for kids to do, frame is fantastic and stay are lovely and friendly and keep it very clean.. All staff always smiling and helpful.. I think personally it could be cheaper entry as its like £5+ per child, it cost me £16.65 for 3 kids the other day so it's more expensive than other play centres but it is much bigger than most. They need 2 card machines though as staff are running to and from the different counters to share the same card machine, when it's busy it's better to bring cash with you.
