Had such fun yesterday playing with family for a birthday. Tim and Charlotte did a great job making the activity safe and fun. This was my third time playing, but a first for everyone else, and I can safely say we will all be returning!! One of the best activities in Manchester!
Extremely fun! Running around and trying to shoot each other with relatively painless arrows - I was really impressed with how well set-up the games were. Tim was fantastic and very funny & charismatic. I immediately wanted to do another hour - highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing..party of 9 people this place is sooo much fun. Went here with friends for a birthday and had such a laugh... absolutely must in Manchester. Only thing I'd say park on the streets as the car park is run by the building owners but there is plenty of street parking.

What a brilliant place! As an Event Manager, I was asked to sort "something fun and different... not the usual type of escape rooms etc" - and The Archerytype was definitely both! Our clients loved it! They were so impressed. Thank you!
Didn’t expect to have so much fun but ended up being an amazing activity, probably one of the best in Manchester. Will definitely be returning. The host was great too.
Excellent indoor fun. Tim the host provided great training, in game commentary and cracking photo skills. I would recommend Archertype to anyone looking for an alternative to paint balling or any other indoor activity. All equipment is provided, so you just need to bring yourself, an extra set of lungs lots of running around and an eagle eye. It’s easy to drive past the venue but the building does have a car park that is operated by the building owners. Charge is £3. Once parked, you simply walk round the corner to the front door on the main road. I’ll be retuning in August
An extremely fun and engaging experience! I was scared about getting hurt but it really doesn’t hurt. Our instructor Tim was cool, friendly, and clear. The games were easy to learn and very competitive while remaining accommodating to everyone’s level. All in all a worthwhile experience and we’ll definitely be back.
