I'm torn on this place, my kids had a good enough time but we won't be back, its just hugely overpriced and theres lots of added extras making it cost even more. You can not take your kids drinks in, you must purchase them allergies is the excuse given, absolute money making nonsense £1.50 is the cheapest drink, being water. Ice blast was £4.75 but it was a tiny one. The zip line is £4.75 they wasted 40 minutes of their time queuing for that. Lockers are £2 for small or £5 for large but only get 2 hours despite the session being 2.5 hours. The arcade is also extra money and the VR section. They queued for the trampoline and got exactly 1 minute. Laser tag also had long waits. The play frame is big enough for adults to go on with the kids although i warn you now, that big red slide looks fun but it is not made for bodies over 30, you will fly my teenager actually injured her self on it at the start and she sat out the rest of the session, so complete waste of money for her. The football pitch was full of awful kids hitting and swearing at my 7 year old girl so she couldn't play in there. The parking is free, we didn't struggle to find a space.
This place is great! My kids had so much fun. I wish there was one in London. When booking I expected this place to be packed and chaotic typical ball pit atmosphere due to it being school holidays. The place is so big and well run that although there was a lot of people it didn't seem that way. There is more than enough seating. A very good selection of food and drinks at decent prices. The service was polite and efficient. Staff kept the place clean and running smoothly staff members supervising the big red slide and trampoline area. Overall we had a great time and will definitely visit again when back in Manchester.
My 20 month old grandson loved it. There is plenty to keep children of all ages entertained for the 2 hours. It was over busy so he managed to try out everything in the under 5's play area and some things in the older play area with his mum. There is a cafe area which we bought drinks from which I think was reasonably priced. The receptionist was a bit 'off' but the rest of the staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Will definitely be back.
We’ve been here many times over the years, whether just for a play or for a party, and it’s simply the best play centre around. It gets busy, so I’d recommend booking in advance to ensure entry. There’s so much to do for all ages - including big kids like mum and dad haha - whether this be the massive soft play areas, trampolines, go karts, zip wires, arcades or enjoying one of their freshly made pizzas.
We went on a weekday, so it was quiet and clean. Was happy with everything apart from the service of certain staff members. We were now allowed to bring our own food or drink in which we got stopped from doing so on entrance even though we told them our son is diabetic. We still went in having left snacks for my son in the car. As we were like 45 mins in my sons sugars were low. We went to buy some food but were told the counter is now closed and can not serve food. My wife told the members of staff that my son is diabetic and sugars are very low. He said the machine is off and can take cash for any purchase if he still needs it. We didn't not have any cash on us just card so he refused to help us saying we cannot take card.i then had to give him my 11 months old baby biscuits just to get his sugar levels up and safe. we then had to leave as sons' sugars have dropped dropped down to 3.2 and was not coming up from just the few snacks. This was very poor service and needs to be looked into.
Excellent indoor attraction. Lots of different activities including virtual reality and zip wire ride £4.75 additional cost, VR £5 additional cost and arcade £5 for 5 tokens, each game 1token. Toddler area included, very safe place as security guards are always around. Not too crowed. Very clean including toilets! Yummy food with plenty of halal, kosher and vegan varieties. A bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it. We spent 2,5 there and it was enough. Will definitely visit again. Be aware you can get a discounted price through Groupon.
We visited Play Factore in Manchester yesterday for the 12.30 session and we had such an amazing time. We’ve never visited a children’s play area before where absolutely everything has been 10/10. We sat near the cafe counter and all your staff were working so hard and were so kind. Our drinks and food wow the pizzas were the best I’ve ever had were better than you get in most restaurants. Usually food at children soft play centres is awful. The staff in charge of the zip wire were professional and patient and put our daughter at ease. The included laser quest was a really great extra touch. The Pistachio cookies were so good that I bought 6 so I could take 5 home to Sheffield. Your staff are all a credit to you and we had the best time and can’t wait to come back. Many thanks and see you soon The Manning’s
Absolutely amazing place. The only downfall is that my autistic son wanted to go on the red slide, but you can't go on unless your 5, even with me, he is 4. I do however understand it's health and safety reasons, and on the other side of that, the staff on trampolines let me wait next to it with him as he was desperate to get on, and doesn't understand waiting. Food was OK, however the bacon and chicken bagels were not proper bacon, and it was hard 2 get down. The queue went down surprisingly quickly with how busy it was though and the rest was lovely. Pizzas are amazing and the coffee wasn't the cheap coffee you usually get at these places. It's a height, so b prepared to get your legs working if you have small children that can't be left to play on there own. My son and grandkids loved it here. I will be visiting again next time I'm in the area
Loved this place!! We took our daughter for her birthday treat and we all had a great time. The huge slides were superb and the zip line was excellent & lots more to do, we did plan to have lunch in the cafe but was told it had stopped serving food at 11-40 we do feel this should have been stated to us on arrival as it scuppered our plans a bit.
A great way to burn off a lot of energy for kids. There's lots to do and keep little ones occupied. We took advantage of an offer on Groupon which made it a total bargain. Our only gripe would be the drinks service counter as it took a while to get served but it was really busy. We'll be going back some time soon.
