Made to feel very very uncomfortable. Went in with my 18 month old to try and do something nice with him as I don't see him as often as I want and was followed round and stared out by staff, like I was a low life or going to steal something, got an ingenuine apology from the manager. Not the first time I've had issues in here the manager with long hair was blatantly checking out my wife too last year. Not going back here.

It isn’t as good as the old toys r us which I was hoping it would  or move into and isnt as great as  even the one which we used to  go before this one however its a great addiction to the retail park as there isn’t really many toys shops still around. Considering that, there is quite a range for Lego, and other things . Would recommend as it’s local, on a busy site and even has a gaming section. Although it does need more modern games for eg Red dead,cod,rocket league  as there is some but not many of the more popular games

I would just like to say how lovely the staff were in Smyths Warrington today , I had a damaged pushchair which was purchased a year ago , the wheels were not working , I went to the sales desk the very helpful polite guy called a lovely knowledgeable Lady from the Nursery sept and she sorted the problem straight away .nI have to say all the staff are very polite and helpful throughout the storenWell done Smyths Warrington and Thank You

Great range of toys for kids of all ages. Staff were friendly however cheaper prices can be found elsewhere
