Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable experts. I met Debs at Chanel counter and she has gone more than anyone would to help with finding foundation. She took time to listen about my regular struggles and was such an experienced advisor. Another lady helped to find a facial toner for my daughter. Not only she had sold us a full set of benefit cosmetics but she listen to what my daughter us looking for, she demonstrated the routine using all cosmetics and again advised on ingredients and hydration from the set. She was only a very young employee but so engaged and professional. The day of the visit Fri 26.07.24 about 5:30pm. Wonderful attentive staff. Will not go to Trafford Centre or other shops but we will definitely return there. Highly recommend this shop and their wonderful staff. Thank you!

Me and my mum went to boots to collect a parcel.  While we walked past the perfume/makeup counter. One of the sales assistants her name is Lynne L was so helpful and kind that she recommended a face cream for my mum. Not only this she explained very well on how to use this step by step. My mum was so impressed that she ended up buying the product.  Lovely lady, lovely service, so patient and calm at all times.

I visited the beauty section of Boots, Gemini on 6/7/24. I am in my 70s and disabled and my experience buying makeup was Wonderful . A very big thank you to Emily she was very knowledgeable  , patient and kind and also  big thank you to Jess who introduced me to eyebrow waxing , two young ladies who made my day extremely pleasurable. .  THANK YOU TO YOU BOTH.  I hope this message reaches you and  the people who count..

We get our prescriptions from Boots in Gemini and almost everytime we collect them we are served by Ryan who is the most helpful guy I have ever met  He is always so helpful and polite to everybody he serves and has been a very good help to my daughter Melissa  who has a young boy with a very severe allergy if we were able to award him more than 5 stars we would as he very much deserves it.Thanks Ryan from  Alan Lesley and Melissa

Amazing much better then the one in town ,so many different brands , always stocked up , Fabulous displays just too many young kids everywhere
