Super helpful when I needed a part for my bike, that was not standard. Someone helped me from their bits and bobs bin. I bought some other things to say thanks. Good shop with adventurous ambiance.

Very disappointed about refund. Purchased 2 sleeping bags, tried them at home and because they are extremely uncomfortable I went to return them. Was refused as they said items were used, had stains my dog sniffed it and I clean it with antibacterial wipes before going to the store, so was wet still and that fluff was coming out fluff was coming out from the seams and was like that when purchased. Products are good quality though, but don’t fulfil my needs and now I’m stuck with them.

Large enough store that has a good range of things, not one of its typical mega stores though. Not many top end jackets on show.nnBe careful parking here though, got an automated parking ticket from a 3rd part company as I'd been there more than 120mins.nnStaff were helpful and have taken the details as I had a receipt fortunately of all the things I'd bought and would get the parking ticket cancelled so far.

Annoying visit. When it comes to buying shoes and boots a shop should either - put stock out on the shop floor for people to self-serve OR have more staff in the area to go and grab the inventory. I was waiting for 10 minutes without an extra sole spelling on purpose around to help. Loads of customers in the area, one poor lad ferrying loads of boxes back and forth. I didn’t get to try on any stock and I won’t be back.

Incorrect prices on shelves for many items, the staff on the till take forever to try and resolve a simple issue only to come up with yet another price for the same items nGood selection of products.nOnline stock check for collection is inaccurate.
