Parked at the Warrington store to buy stuff for a walking holiday. Had a good look around and spent several hundreds of pounds. Unfortunately because we were on site in the shop for 2 1/4 hours and the max parking is 2 hours I have just received a £100 'fine', which if I pay in the next couple of days as it has taken 11 days to get to me, then it's only £60! Will give it a miss next time?nupdate. called in to store with fine letter. They have sent it off immediately and say it will be cancelled. Good to know the store has the power to override the fines.

Love this store, a great range of products and friendly, helpful staff. More importantly for myself as a wheelchair user I could get to every display and go down any isle I wanted without a problem, this is becoming a very rare event for me.

Great prices and range of stock, really let down by the very rude guy at the desk. I don't like having my change slammed down on the desk in front of me. In future I'll remember that the staff don't like counting notes and pay in loose change instead.

Pretty good, massive store and loads of stock, I struggle with finding sizes but always have it in here, visited a few times in the past and never had a bad experience, staff are normally friendly today's visit the member of staff I had the displeasure of dealing with was quite miserable and scowled me when I didn't want to renew my out of date membership card but won't stop me from visiting again after the refurbishment, all in all a great store and always has what ever I need. Also didn't receive any 30% closing down discount or the 15% discount I had on my click and collect. Maybe if the staff member would have been a bit more switched on instead of having her face on upside down she might have noticed
