I was mis-sold an Xbox series X game which would not work on my child's Xbox series s. When I took it back to the shop the  child behind the counter they refused to return the game so I could buy the correct one. I have a disappointed child and I am out of pocket. Do not buy computer games from the charlatans.

Been into this Smyths a few times, great big shop with lots of selection. Bought a scooter here for my daughter and there was a problem with it, went back in spoke to the manager, changed it no problems, very good service

Customer service down the toilet. Spent 2k at Christmas and went to get a £20 headphone sorted where mic had dislodged 5 days out of their 28 day return statutory return policy. No signs of breaks.  They made a million excuses and said contact the retailer. Very disappointed BUT will ensure I take my custom elsewhere. Bad business sense never mind customer service.

Tried to buy a car seat .. it would be my son's 2nd birthday by the time someone would come to help you.. staff not helpful and not trained at all .. including manager. But apparently i was rude when i complained so i i left the store.. its  a sad loss to Smyth's franchise as people walking away emty handed due to staff incompetence. But thank you anyway as it has been a long time since they made me feel so low in store.

Spend alot of money in this shop my child seen something else that he would like when we were leaving there was only one item left so I went up to the till and ask the girl could she keep it over it for me and I would put half the money down on it for them to keep it for me and I will come and give the other half of money for it and collect it the next day she said she will need to ask the manager . she came back and said the manager said no the manager hadn't even the manners to come over and tell me this herself When we were leaving the manager came over to the girl that was at the till and when I look back she was smiling at the girl on the till as if she thought it was great fun saying NO   Smyths is not the same anymore Smyths needs a new manager or this place will lose alot of customers.

Very helpful, and for such a busy time of year, all the tills were on the go. Not that long in a cue, which is a bonus. And great deals. Cannot complain at all. XXX

I think Smyth toys shops should be able to give back coupons as a thank you for the toys that was bought may be next year u will get your act together think about it get back to me some time fran

Wow it's the best toy store I've ever seen I can't wait to go there to get my kids their Christmas presents!That's alright with me!!

Always receive great customer service. The manager/supervisorr. His name may have been Dave i didnt catch it always goes above and beyond to help with enquiries about products and stock
