I write to complete my recent one star review of JP Corry’s, Derry. In that review I said I would give my final opinion of this company if and when they had responded to my request to reconsider how they had reacted to my disappointment with my experience at their store. I am delighted to report that they have come up trumps! JP Corry’s have responded within three working days and offered a full refund of a delivery charge which I considered excessive. A very pleasant lady from their head office rang me personally to make this very reasonable offer. Needless to say I am more than delighted and without hesitation have revised my rating to 5 stars. This company have shown that they listen to customers’ concerns and reacted very reasonably. WELL DONE. J P CORRY’S, DERRY. PS. I will consider any requests for fuller details from genuine prospective customers.

Car park right in front of shop. Reasonably priced.
I was able to buy what l wanted and take it home with me unlike my experience with an Internet Company; where l waited 3 weeks for a delivery and then had to chase them for a refund when the goods weren't forthcoming.
Brilliant place to go and the staff have a great knowledge of the building trade and give you help full suggestions for outdoor work to internal....
