One of the most decrepit Tescos I've seen in the UK - the building it's housed in & the shops around the entrance make you afraid for your life.

Good for a bit of shopping, the selection isn't as large as the waterside one but it is in a handy location and anytime I've shopped here I've found what I was looking for 😁

Far from the best supermarket, Lisnagelvin Tesco has a much better selection and Sainsbury's nearby is better but it's in a good location that's handy for those who don't drive. Don't expect to make it into it without getting pestered by a sales people in quayside though.

Shop in Tescos Strand Road every day went in about two weeks ago and could not find a product. I approached a member of staff for assistance and her response shocked and embarrassed me. She started waving he hands around and told me to go ask customer services it had nothing to do with her. I was embarrassed and walked away but when I was finished shopping I approached her and told her how she left me feeling, she just stared at me and said nothing. I was hoping for an apology. I have seen her in the store quite often since but still no apology.
