I went to the shop with my daughter who found a glow lamp that can be found there. After we entered we were amazed to see such a big toy store like the store we saw in the cinema. It was so tidy and the shelves were totally full. I couldn't manage to find the lamp so I asked Ruth for help. I didn't notice she was helping someone else. Soon after she came to us and showed us the place where it was. Nowadays this is kind of rare. I thanked her and went to the till. Even the gentleman on the till was smiling and offered us a shopping book.nIt was a good experience and I really will be back there again.
We enjoyed our visit today, great store with fantastic selection of toys and good Lego reductions. They also had a special promotion on, Very friendly lady called Joanne from PowerforceGB gave my daughter a free bag of Lego which she was over the moon with. Highly recommend and look forward to return to do some Christmas shopping!
Went to one of the Cardiff Stores Newport Road to purchase a car seat for my grandson. Really wanted to commend Brandon Duty manager on his knowledge & helpfulness in making a difficult choice much easier. My son & daughter-in-law were very happy. If anyone is on the lookout for a car seat I highly recommend the Newport Road store, don't forget to ask for Brandon
Amazing store and amazing staff, as part of my daughter’s school pta we asked all businesses local if they could donate raffle prizes. Was very surprised to see what was donated and all staff members i interacted with Rob,Paul and Ben were really helpful and friendly! Thank you so much it’s truly appreciated.
Came to the store yesterday to inquire about a child car seat , spoke to a lovely lady Sally was very helpful and new her products well, we ended up buying a car seat and a buggy to, thanks for your help Sally. Regards Ray crouch.
