I had to buy three advent calendars from 'Soap Glory' and I’ve got a massive discount! Was 3 for 2 and triple point on my boots card. This specific shopping I have found a lot of help from the staff and the shop full with good quality merchandise. The calendars are expensive per unit but it’s what I wanted for the special ladies in my life so no complaints.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow, been here a few times now and have had to wait ages each time! I don’t usually write reviews but shouldn’t have to wait 30 mins just to give in a prescription let alone wait and be told to come back which is usually fine but not after a huge wait! 3 staff members behind the counter yet a huge queue trailing back! A good 10 minutes where no one was being served as well! Go elsewhere if you can.

Staff member in particular, an older lady 50+ with red hair + wears glasses, absolutely awful manners! She’s very rude and when serving you, you will feel like a burden! I felt as if I should be apologising to her for going to her till! Every time I see her in store, I dread it!nOther from that, I love the store, stocks a lot!

Aren't these supposed to be a leading pharmacy??  Boots chemist always had a good reputation......what happened to the llanishen branch..??? On two separate occasions attended the chemist for on the shelf medication ?? Oh no, don't stock it. Staff haven't a clue,??  I used local chemists, received items - shame really Boots used to have a good reputation. Won't waste time because they don't sell or stock basic medication. Staff could have better customer service attitude too

Great boots store if you are inside the shop. If you are trying to call it's a different story.nNo one answers EVER the general help goes to answer phone and the fragrance and pharmacy departments just ring and ring and ring nI mean how can you have a pharmacy and not answer the phone EVER. they don't even text anymore to say a prescription is ready. Honestly it is appalling.
